Medela Harmony manual breast pump is just fabulous, lightweight, and I love using it. Medela Harmony doesn't require any batteries or charging; this is the perfect breast pump to have on hand when traveling or sitting next to your nightstand for easy access.
The handle of this pump has a two-phase system. It has a letdown part on the top which mimics of babies fast sucking; this is to help get your milk to let down. Once your milk starts to flow you can then switch to the other side which mimics a more rhythmic flow that a baby gets into once your milk letdown.

  1. I went back to work when my daughter was about 10 weeks old. I had a electric pump. I decided to try a Medela because I’d heard good things. I’m sooo glad I got it. I pumped every 3 hours at work for almost a year and certainly recommended this pump to others.

  2. I hated the process of setting up the electric pump and sterilize all the parts. So I bought the Avent Manual Pump and it’s very comfortable. It is very gentle, easy to clean and it does not take much room.
